A natural sponge is none other than a sea sponge, fished from the Mediterranean Sea (or the oceans, depending on the product), with respect for the seabed and responsible fishing (non-vegan product). The sponge has been carefully cleaned to remove all marine residues... As a natural product, each one is unique.

How do I care for my Avril natural and cotton sponges? While our certified organic cotton sponge can be machine-washed (maximum 60°C), the natural baby sponge needs to be delicately cared for. First, before using for the first time, you'll need to wash this fine, natural sponge with a mild soap, rinse with clear water and let it dry naturally. Next, avoid boiling it or twisting it in any direction, to preserve it longer.
